Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Title Case and Sentence case?
Title Case capitalises the main words of a headline and keeps short words like "a", "of" and "the" lowercase unless they come first or last. Sentence case only capitalises the first word of each sentence (and the pronoun "I"), like normal prose.
Which case should I use for code?
Conventions vary by language: camelCase for JavaScript variables and functions, PascalCase for classes and components, snake_case for Python and SQL columns, kebab-case for URLs and CSS classes, and CONSTANT_CASE for constants and environment variables.
Does the converter keep acronyms like NASA or iPhone?
Yes — Title Case leaves words that already contain capitals after the first letter untouched, so acronyms and brand names keep their casing. If your whole text is in capitals, it is fully re-cased instead.
